This is where you build your detailed vacation plans before you even leave home.

How to access: In the app, tap the “Planning Mode” button.
Create a Plan: Choose “Theme Park Day” or “Cruise Day” and fill out the detailed form. The more information you provide (attendees, must-dos, budget, pace), the better Stacy can help you later.
Manage Plans: Once saved, your plans appear in a list. You can Edit, Delete, or start a “Concierge” session from any plan.

Get an immersive, narrated walking tour of your favorite parks and locations.

How to start: Tap “Tour Guide Mode”. Stacy will ask which park or location you’re in.
Choose a Tour Type: Select a “Normal Walking Tour” for current highlights or a “Behind the Scenes & History Tour” for fascinating facts and stories about what used to be there.
How to continue: After Stacy describes a location, simply say A Location or "continue" to move to the next logical stop on the tour.

This is your real-time, in-park problem solver. Perfect for when you arrive without a plan or when your existing plans change.

How to start: From the “Planning Mode” screen, tap the “On the Fly Concierge” button.
Answer the Questions: Stacy will ask a few quick questions: where you are, your group size, and your main goal for the day (e.g., rides, food, characters).
Follow the Steps: Based on your answers, Stacy creates a live, step-by-step itinerary. She’ll give you one instruction at a time. When you’re done, tell her "okay, done" or "finished", and she’ll give you the next magical step!

Keep all your lists organized in one place, from packing to souvenirs.

How to access: Tap the “Checklists” button.
Create a List: Type a name for your new list. You can optionally link it to a specific trip plan you’ve already created.
Manage Items: Add items one by one. Check them off as you go, or delete them. You can also ask Stacy to manage lists with your voice in the main chat! Try saying "add 1234 to my fish extender list" or "what's left on my packing list?".

Stacy can remember important details for you and has a wealth of general knowledge.

Memory: Tell Stacy key facts about your trip, like "we are staying at the Contemporary Resort" or "my flight leaves at 8 PM". She will remember this context for future conversations.
Quick Notes: Use the command "remember this" or "save a note" followed by what you want to save. For example: "remember this: my locker number is 246".
Recalling Notes: Ask "what did I ask you to remember?" to retrieve all your saved notes.
